First off, the site has a new mod downloads page. You can find any of the mods that I am currently offering there.
My life has taken a turn for the dramatically busier as I am the father of my first newborn. He was born on December 16th, 2010, and I’m devoting a lot of time (understandably) to him. Though I still devote time to my hobbies (video game modding being one of those), I don’t have enough time to devote to web development right now, but also want to release the new modifications that I am developing to the gaming community (at least, those that are of enough quality that they’re worth publishing). Hence, the downloads page.
You will, in fact, find that I’m offering a new mod there…
Breath of Fire 2 GBA— Breath of Fresh Fire mod
The aim of this mod is simply to create a fresh Breath of Fire 2 experience, and to allow for more liberal use of Dragon powers. Summing up the mod succinctly, I:
- Rebalanced all of the PCs and the spell system,
- Gave dragon powers a static AP cost (doing away with the awful zero AP effect that they had),
- Made many more items stackable in the inventory,
- Reworked the Shaman fusion system and added new Shaman combos, and
- Made the monsters more powerful to compensate.
If you are a Breath of Fire 2 fan, may I suggest hopping over to the new downloads page and giving the Breath of Fresh Fire mod a try?
